Have you ever had a small pebble hit your car winshield only to leave a small crack in it?  Hardly noticeable, huh?  This very tiny crack can remain unnoticeable for days, months, even years until you hit something hard enough to shatter it.  Now that it's shattered, it's a bit more noticeable and starting to look unattractive.  Do you get it fixed immediately, wait a while before fixing it or wait until it finally breaks before you get it fixed?  The answer to this question can be debatable depending on the reader, however, one or more of the answers can be found in this book. I'M BROKE" has absolutely nothing to do with monetary values!  It's all about a powerful testimony of discovering the true meaning of a very powerful bible verse:

Psalm 51:17…..My sacrifice [the sacrifice acceptable] to God is a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart [broken down with sorrow for sin and humbly and thoroughly penitent], such, O God, You will not despise. (Amplified)

This one verse has changed my views on life!  And my prayer is that it will change “Yours” too!  You will discover, as you ponder the pages of this book that some people can end up at a point in their lives where they become so emotionally drained from the stressors and pressures of unclothing themselves, that they can't even recognize that they're creating an evolving cycle of duplicating mistakes of making bad decisions and choosing to stay caught up in the cycle, (this all-to-familiar and comfortable place), expecting a different outcome and never getting the lesson to be learned from the experience which, in turn, opens that revolving cycle again to repeat the experience, and ultimately loose sight of true identity.  Of course, blame falls on everyone but self to cover up what we are in most fear of exposing, our true Identifying.  After reading “I'M BROKE”, one can expect to discover that the one acceptable sacrifice that God wants from us.......A broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart.  I hope that you find the chapters of this book gratifying, insightful and powerful enough to embrace your own journey of being broke!

To the reader:  When I wrote this book, I knew that I wasn't spiritually grounded enough to empower others from a spiritual perspective.  What I'd like you (the reader) to know, is that I’m still on my journey to Greatness so please embrace this book understanding that I am sharing my testimony on how important it is to live a Great life with Integrity and not Deceit!  Yet, I'm still a work in progress.....stay tuned!
